Ugly sequence for Schroeder

  • With the shot clock winding down and no one else making much of an effort to score, Schroeder drives the lane and gets his shot stuffed really bad. The ball bounces back to about ten feet behind the three-point line, where Schroeder recovers with about three seconds left on the shot clock. He gets set and launches up the deep, deep three, which he airballs.
  • Schroeder ends up putting up a lot of ugly shots for the Tigers, but you really can't blame him--he's usually the only one willing to do anything with the ball in situations late in the shot clock, and gets stuck having to create something out of nothing.
