Princeton vs Yale, pregame

Hello and welcome to Hobey Baker Rink for tonight's game between your Princeton Tigers (19-7-0 overall, 13-6-0 ECAC) and the Yale Bulldogs (19-5-2, 14-3-2). There is a standing room only crowd for Princeton's final home game of the regular season, a matchup between the top two teams in the conference.

Princeton comes into the game playing some of its best hockey of the year. Last night, they defeated Brown 4-1 behind 2 goals and 1 assist from Brett Wilson, which brought him to 100 points for his career.
The Bulldogs pose a stiff test, as they enter the game with the conference's top record, four points above the second place Tigers. The teams met in New Haven on January 31, with Yale holding serve at home in a 3-1 win. If Princeton is to have a shot of capturing the ECAC regular season title, they need a win tonight.
The teams have just skated onto the ice. Princeton is in white, Yale is in blue. Sean Backman is suited up for the Bulldogs while Tom Dignard is not suited up.
Five minutes until game time.
